Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid role supporting the Chattanooga, TN and Millington, MD sites in the United States; travel up to 15% may be required.

Compensation: $76,000–$141,100 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with plant and cross-functional leaders to drive cost, cash, productivity, growth, and gross margin performance.
• Lead excess and obsolete ihirify.globalory analysis, location ihirify.globalory reporting, asset reporting, and data accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash metrics.
• Develop analytical tools for manufacturing cost structures, including conversion and material cost variance, productivity, and value stream analysis.
• Communicate plant and value stream financial results and explain variance drivers such as volume, mix, inflation, and productivity.
• Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, reporting-package uploads, and cross-functional operational improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, operational finance, or corporate finance.
• Experience with plant standard costing systems and knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and build relationships with site and cross-functional leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time and support the specified US plant locations.

• Experience with Percent of Completion revenue recognition.
• Experience with Tableau, Sievo, or OneStream XF.
