Senior Cost Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Andover, Massachusetts, United States; up to 10% regional travel to the Lincoln, Rhode Island facility.

Salary: $102,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage cost collection and application systems for plating operations, including process definition and implementation.
• Set standard costs for operations, covering materials, labor, overhead, outside processing, and yield.
• Manage inventory valuation and controls, including physical inventories and cycle-count programs at internal and external locations.
• Execute monthly financial close activities, including WIP valuation, inventory reconciliations, reserves, warranty analysis, and variance analysis.
• Deliver internal reporting and modeling on revenue, costs, variances, gross margins, forecasts, and capital expansions.
• Support SOX controls, audits, ERP implementation, and workflow and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 10+ years of experience with process manufacturing, ERP standard costing, and transactional systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, communicate with senior management, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 10% regionally to support the Lincoln, Rhode Island facility.
