Project Finance Analyst

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Participate in pre-close due diligence for tax credit investments, assessing risks, profitability, and post-close management requirements.
• Monitor funding, operations, compliance requirements, investment performance, and return thresholds.
• Work with project sponsors, financiers, co-investors, accounting teams, and syndication teams on disclosures, delays, deliverables, and funding timelines.
• Prepare and communicate accounting, tax, and performance reports for hirify.global and third-party investors.
• Support financial modeling, investment management, portfolio administration, and interactions with investors and sponsors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in project finance, underwriting, or asset management preferred.
• Extensive Microsoft Excel experience and the ability to organize large amounts of data.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment with a detailed and compliance-focused approach.
