Project Architect/Project Manager (Architect) - Healthcare

Location: Fort Lauderdale, United States; office-based work with possible travel or co/location

What you will do

• Lead the technical development of healthcare architecture projects and guide project teams through documentation and modeling.
• Perform document quality control, consultant coordination, and building systems selection, evaluation, and detailing.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on budgets, project plans, milestone schedules, staffing, cost estimates, sequencing, and constructability.
• Collaborate with the Project Designer and Construction Team to execute design intent and support construction administration.
• Apply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes while resolving technical issues.
• Support continuing education, lessons-learned initiatives, mentoring, and training for junior staff.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• College graduate with a relevant NAAB-accredited degree.
• Professional registration.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam.
• Ability to develop building skin details and coordinate interior building systems.
• Ability to work in the Fort Lauderdale office environment and participate in client and project-team meetings; travel or co/location may be required.
