What you will do
- Purchase products and manage order fulfillment to support business demand, inventory turns, and supplier delivery performance.
- Track purchase order backlogs, maintain accurate shipping and delivery information, and communicate status updates to internal teams.
- Manage supplier relationships, delivery commitments, pricing negotiations, and supplier process improvements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure timely product receipt and delivery.
- Manage non-conforming inventory, product disposition, inventory aging, stock rotation, and liquidations.
- Support supplier management initiatives and cross-functional project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Thorough knowledge of purchasing, order management, logistics, and supplier delivery processes.
- Ability to develop solutions, evaluate situations, exercise independent judgment, and make decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with management, internal departments, suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners.
