Senior Procurement Specialist (OSAT)

Location: Zhubei, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. Onsite role; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Lead OSAT commercial negotiations covering pricing, long-term agreements, capacity, price adjustments, and payment terms.
• Own OSAT supplier strategy, supplier selection, contract governance, and long-term value creation.
• Drive cost optimization through cost breakdown analysis, should-cost modeling, VA/VE, and localization strategies.
• Coordinate OSAT readiness across mass production, NPI, transfers, ramp-up, and end-of-life phases.
• Manage capacity planning, allocation strategies, supply continuity, and mitigation of geopolitical, dependency, and cost risks.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, escalations, and resolution of quality, delivery, capacity, and commercial issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in semiconductors or electronics.
• Hands-on OSAT experience is required.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or program management is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, plus PowerPoint proficiency for executive presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional influencing skills; familiarity with power-related products and components is advantageous.
