What you will do

• Independently manage operational procurement processes for multiple suppliers.
• Oversee supplier negotiations, including spend analysis, strategy, and contract execution.
• Maintain day-to-day contact with suppliers to ensure transparency and material availability.
• Build and sustain relationships across procurement, logistics, and engineering teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for suppliers.
• Provide performance reports and planning updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles.
• English proficiency: TOEIC score of 800+ required.
• Experience with R2P, TCO, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Tainan, Taiwan.
