Tactical Buyer (Supply Chain)

hirify.global develops technology-intensive equipment and operates a Supplier Operations department focused on material availability, cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.

What you will do

• Manage operational procurement activities and multiple suppliers independently.
• Prepare and oversee supplier negotiations, including spend analysis, negotiation tactics, scripts, dry runs, stakeholders, and contract details.
• Manage day-to-day supplier communication and maintain transparent records of interactions.
• Build sustainable relationships across Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers, and Engineering.
• Resolve operational issues, support development needs, and translate business improvement requirements to suppliers.
• Provide performance and planning reports while driving cost efficiency and timely material availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial operations, or a related role, ideally in a technology-intensive industry.
• Experience with R2P, price negotiation, TCO, supplier relationship management, supplier contracting, supply chain processes, or new product introduction.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, prioritization, communication, persuasion, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English proficiency with a TOEIC score above 800.
