What you will do

• Coordinate NPI meetings and collaborate with program teams and contract manufacturers to ensure material availability for pilots and full-scale production.
• Develop and manage supply and inventory plans to meet demand while minimizing risk and excess inventory.
• Utilize data analytics and tools like Tableau or PowerBI to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
• Negotiate terms with global suppliers and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure supply performance and drive continuous improvement in fulfillment metrics.
• Implement inventory control techniques to avoid excess stock and obsolescence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of supply chain experience in the electronics or server PCBA manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience working with Contract Manufacturers for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Strong expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product lifecycles.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or SAP IBP.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be based in Taiwan to support a hybrid working environment.
