Global Supply Manager

Location: Taiwan; hybrid work environment with some in-office and/or in-person expectations

What you will do

• Create and communicate strategic supply plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage supplier forecasts, commits, consumption, and supply adjustments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with contract manufacturers, EMS partners, and sub-tier suppliers to close supply gaps and improve factory readiness.
• Establish factory engagement governance, operating cadences, execution reviews, metrics, and escalation processes.
• Lead resolution of supply, build, shipment, and continuity risks while driving process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between hirify.global stakeholders, EMS leadership, factory operations, and critical suppliers.

Requirements

• Understanding of ERP/MRP and shop floor control systems.
• Technical skills in supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Experience establishing governance routines, escalation paths, operating cadences, and execution metrics with contract manufacturers, EMS partners, or factory operations teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across site leadership, production control, materials, planning, manufacturing, and supplier management.
• Strong execution rigor with the ability to turn factory risks, constraints, and commitments into action plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
