Programmable Platform Specialist (PLC)

Location: Belluno, Italy; hybrid work model with two days per week from home

What you will do

• Support the development and adoption of the iPro programmable platform across Food Service, Food Retail, and HVAC applications.
• Deliver technical training to customer software development teams and system integrators through webinars and in-person sessions.
• Prepare presentations, webinars, and video content to support product launches.
• Develop templates, programming examples, function blocks, and application references.
• Define and document programming best practices and recommended iPro architectures.
• Collect customer feedback and product requirements with Product Management, while supporting web development and HMI programming.

Requirements

• Technical or Electronics degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering technical training or knowledge transfer.
• Knowledge of PLC products and industrial control systems.
• Experience with PLC programming, particularly Structured Text, Function Block Diagram, and Sequential Function Chart.
• Fluency in Italian and strong written and spoken English are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MCU development.
• Software development knowledge in C/C++, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with refrigeration or HVAC applications.
