Mechatronics Industrialization Engineer (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Industrialize production processes using automated machines and systems for components, subassemblies, product assembly, and functional and safety testing.
• Design and develop automation solutions internally and with specialized external suppliers.
• Assess production requirements, feasibility, quality, timing, and costs for internally developed projects.
• Manage mechanical and electrical design, PLC configuration and programming, software development, implementation, installation, and commissioning.
• Define technical specifications for outsourced projects, coordinate suppliers, verify compliance, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Contribute to factory information systems, including MES and SCADA, to improve production-line planning, management, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, or an ITS diploma in Mechatronics.
• Good knowledge of automatic systems and related components used in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate profile with 0–1 years of experience.
