Sales Engineer HVAC North of Italy (HVAC)

Location: Milan, Italy; candidates must live in the Lombardy region and be available to travel throughout Italy.

What you will do

• Promote hirify.global systems and HVAC solutions to customers and market stakeholders.
• Build regional knowledge through seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support.
• Obtain acceptance and specification of hirify.global systems by owners and engineering consulting companies.
• Demonstrate correct system installation and visit job sites to follow installation progress.
• Train contractor personnel on hirify.global system usage and installation when required.
• Coordinate with sales colleagues and local distributors, report weekly activities to the Sales Director, and achieve budgeted sales results.

Requirements

• University or college degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of sales and technical experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical application business or the ability to acquire the required knowledge quickly.
• Commercial awareness, ambition, customer orientation, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance.
• Result-driven and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and residence in the Lombardy region; availability to travel throughout Italy.
