Total Plan Client Service - Associate (Investment Analytics)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary: €26,000–€34,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop expertise in the Total Plan Manager platform and hirify.global Private Assets product suite.
• Provide first-tier product support and resolve client platform inquiries.
• Maintain client relationships by sharing relevant product information and following up on open issues.
• Lead platform training sessions and support cross-functional client engagements.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product roadmap development, platform validation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and data-handling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a client-facing role and the ability to manage multiple issues through resolution.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or investment analytics.
• Progress toward CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or FRM certification.
• Experience in training, consulting, or client presentations.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight.
