Agent - Air Gateway (Air Warehouse)

Location: Suvarnabhumi Airport Office, Free Zone, Bangphli, Samut Prakarn Province, Thailand; shift rotation required

What you will do

• Oversee air warehouse operations for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assign internal and contracted resources to meet customer and company requirements.
• Improve gateway processes and system usage in line with company standards.
• Reserve airline space according to company strategies and customer demand.
• Coordinate shipment status updates with Customer Service, Operations Teams, carriers, and service providers.
• Monitor tracking information, manage irregularities, and adjust consolidation planning as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or the carrier industry.
• Experience with airport operations, customs, consolidation planning, and cargo consolidation.
• Good written and spoken English and Thai are required.
• Problem-solving, business analysis, communication, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Nice to have

• Current or previous dangerous goods certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
