Air Export Gateway Coordinator (8613)

Location: The role coordinates international air export movements from the USA; the company is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

What you will do

• Organize and manage daily air export gateway operations to meet customer needs and operational targets.
• Book shipments for international movement from the USA and process MAWB documentation.
• Consolidate HAWB shipments into MAWBs and provide quotes for air export cargo movements.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to move cargo to airlines.
• Communicate daily with core and regional air carriers.
• Maintain accurate payables and complete monthly accounts receivable statements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of export requirements for shipments leaving the USA.
• Ability to manage air export documentation, shipment consolidation, and carrier coordination.
• Ability to meet accounting requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Willingness to attend regulatory training, seminars, and meetings with airlines.
• Ability to follow internal compliance requirements and perform related duties as needed.
