What you will do

• Coordinate production scheduling and daily activities according to the master schedule and inventory requirements.
• Assign and direct production resources across designated production lines.
• Provide daily work direction, resolve production issues, and act as a liaison between employees and the area supervisor.
• Perform production operations as needed, approximately 40% of the time.
• Monitor compliance with print specifications, track quality and efficiency trends, and support continuous improvement.
• Help implement safe production practices, housekeeping standards, quality systems, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of related experience and/or training.
• Welding certification required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and capacities, company products and components, and production and inventory control procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must work onsite in Horn Lake, Mississippi, United States.
