Quality Technical Lead I Wrapping I A-Shift

Location: Redmond, Oregon; full-time onsite work in a manufacturing facility

Salary: $22.99–$34.49 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished equipment and sub-assemblies against company standards.
• Identify design and workmanship defects during assembly and after completion.
• Evaluate parts and assemblies using blueprints, schematics, drawings, and measuring tools.
• Quarantine non-conforming materials and complete the required non-conformance process.
• Help design and implement product inspection methods and procedures.
• Record inspection results and shipment conditions using paper and electronic quality-control systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
• Previous quality-control experience is helpful but can be learned on the job.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools, blueprints, schematics, and product designs.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours; periodic exposure to heat, cold, dust, and chemical fumes is required.
