Manager, Web Application Development (PHP/React): Leading engineering teams building modern, scalable customer-facing web applications with an accent on full-stack development, application architecture, and technical strategy. Location: Pune, India; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned office at least two days per week

What you will do
- Lead engineering teams responsible for modern, scalable web applications.
- Oversee both front-end and back-end application development using PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Guide application architecture, system integration, API design, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
- Balance business priorities with technical strategy, platform stability, and long-term engineering goals.
- Deliver complex technical initiatives from planning through production release.
- Lead application modernization and technical transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software and web application development.
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
- Experience managing teams developing and maintaining PHP-based enterprise applications.
- Experience with React, modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, mentoring, and Agile/Scrum leadership skills.
