Tech Lead - Supply Chain, Center of Excellence (AI)

What you will do

• Own the technical direction of the Integrated Supply Chain Center of Excellence across source, make, and deliver processes.
• Align high-impact supply chain use cases and deploy them as customer solutions or demonstrations.
• Lead customer sessions for industrial information and knowledge-graph data modeling, including complex hierarchies and temporal relationships.
• Guide enterprise architecture using hirify.global’s graph, AI, and UI stack with integrations to Snowflake, Databricks, ERP, MES, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Design structured AI skills with fixed parameters, guardrails, deterministic anchors, and staged evaluation frameworks.
• Support architecture reviews, partner enablement, documentation, and executive value cases covering orders at risk, delay penalties, and landed costs.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of industrial supply chain planning and execution, including connections to production, quality, and maintenance; familiarity with ISA-95/88 and SCOR.
• 5–7 years of experience in industrial supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory, plus 5–7 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience designing industrial information or knowledge-graph data models and integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React, with experience using ADRs, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with systemic AI and testing practices, tool routing, multi-stage evaluation, root-cause debugging, and edge-case handling.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, familiarity with modern data platforms and agentic AI/LLM workflows, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
