Senior Engineering Manager (.NET)

Location: Noida, India; hybrid with 2 days per week in the office and remote work on the other days

What you will do

• Found and lead a new IT team in Noida, including defining roles, hiring, onboarding, and developing approximately 5–6 full-stack developers.
• Own the solution architecture, technical standards, design principles, and reusable engineering framework.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable technical designs for operational tooling, applications, front ends, and integrations.
• Lead the Snowflake data-platform build, including data modelling, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Stay hands-on through solution design, code reviews, and production coding on complex or foundational work.
• Manage delivery cadence, release management, testing practices, deployment patterns, and collaboration with AI, QA, platform, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Strong professional software development experience and 5–8 years of experience leading software engineers and scaling teams.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Full-stack understanding of RESTful services, microservices or modular monoliths, event-driven systems, and modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable data platforms, including data modelling, SQL, data integration, pipelines, and Python automation.
• Experience building and operating solutions on Microsoft Azure, including cloud-native design, CI/CD, observability, resilience, and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of testing, secure coding, API design, performance optimisation, distributed systems, and data storage technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems, capital-markets platforms, regulated domains, or high-volume transactional systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Familiarity with SimCorp One, Dimension, or comparable investment-management platforms.
