Product Management Analyst (HVACR)

Location: Fully onsite in Sidney, Ohio, USA; not eligible for hybrid or remote work, with an option to work from home one day per week. Travel is less than 10%.

What you will do

• Act as an internal expert on market trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
• Lead market research covering segmentation, account classification, market size, and growth.
• Evaluate competitive, industry, and regulatory trends to define market-entry strategies and product or solution roadmaps.
• Characterize business opportunities, customer personas, and channel engagement strategies.
• Analyze systems, total cost of ownership, and value assessments to support value propositions.
• Develop thought leadership, engage key opinion leaders, participate in industry events, and guide product managers on market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• At least three years of experience in product management, marketing, product development, technical sales, or engineering.
• Experience working with business-to-business products.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• HVACR industry experience and knowledge of HVACR systems.
• Technical education or experience.
• MBA.
