Product Manager, Data Center Hydronic Systems (Data Center Cooling)

What you will do

• Lead the hydronic solutions segment of the North American data center product portfolio and manage a cross-functional Product Growth Team.
• Define product strategy, long-range plans, product roadmaps, pricing, costs, margins, positioning, and customer value propositions.
• Manage the product line P&L, annual operating plan, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance.
• Develop channel strategy and identify profitable growth opportunities with customers and strategic suppliers.
• Lead customer research, define Critical to Quality specifications, and support business cases and new product development programs.
• Evaluate make-versus-buy decisions, sourced product relationships, M&A opportunities, partnerships, marketing, and commercialization.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in product management or strategic marketing.
• P&L leadership experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a technical bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• MBA is highly desired.
• Customer-focused approach and strong ability to understand customer needs and business impact.
• Experience in data centers, HVAC, or Lean is preferred.
