Associate Product Manager

Location: Onsite in Bridgeton, Missouri, United States; travel up to 10%.

What you will do

• Support product strategy, annual business planning, mid-term planning, and multi-year roadmap development for the Core and Distributed portfolio.
• Manage products across their lifecycle, including pricing, product line extensions, promotions, rationalization, and end-of-life strategies.
• Lead commercialization teams for new product introduction projects, including forecasting, pricing, marketing communications, training, and sales tools.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other functions to develop business cases, product requirements, and growth plans.
• Gather and analyze customer and market intelligence, including customer needs, market trends, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
• Maintain product dashboards and monthly financial and market-share reports, using AI where appropriate to improve reporting and trend analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Four or more years of experience in product management, marketing, business development, or food retail with a bachelor’s degree, or two to four years with an MBA.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases and set profitability expectations.
• Strong IT and computer skills, with Microsoft program skills preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal resources and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Onsite work in Bridgeton, Missouri, is required.
