hirify.global is implementing a €3bn capital investment programme to expand airport capacity.

What you will do

• Develop preliminary, planning, detailed construction, and tender designs for airfield and landside civil infrastructure projects.
• Act as design team lead on small to medium-scale projects and support other designers.
• Coordinate external designers and review consultant design packages and contractor submissions.
• Perform technical compliance reviews against codes, industry standards, EASA and ICAO requirements, and hirify.global’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee design quality, cost efficiency, constructability, sustainability, risk assessments, and health and safety documentation.
• Support procurement, value engineering, contractor compliance, and the delivery of multiple projects with minimal operational disruption.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the design of large infrastructural projects.
• Minimum Level 8 Bachelor of Engineering degree, or equivalent, in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with airfield geometry, pavements, site works, drainage, utilities, roads, car parks, and external building works.
• Knowledge of Tii and Uisce Éireann specifications and standards.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong technical, written, vocal, interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Ireland or the UK.
• Airport engineering and aeronautical standards knowledge.
