What you will do

• Prepare and monitor budgets for CSA works, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Perform detailed take-offs, quantity measurements, and valuations for completed works.
• Support the procurement of CSA subcontract packages, including BOQ preparation and tender evaluations.
• Maintain change control logs and assess cost implications of design or scope changes.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients and design teams to align commercial and technical objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in CSA quantity surveying within large-scale pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts such as FIDIC or NEC.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Roscommon, Ireland.
• Proficiency in English for communication and report writing.
