Senior CSA Contract Manager (Pharmaceutical Construction)

Location: Roscommon, Ireland; full-time onsite and site-based

What you will do

• Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts for civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Track project costs, identify variances, issue early warnings, and prepare cost reports.
• Perform quantity take-offs, measurements, valuations, interim valuations, and payment recommendations.
• Review contractor claims, variations, and final accounts against contract terms.
• Support procurement and administration of CSA subcontract packages, including BOQs, scopes, tender evaluations, and contract documents.
• Manage change and commercial risks while coordinating with the client, engineers, construction managers, procurement, project controls, designers, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant CSA quantity surveying experience on large-scale pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent construction contracts.
• Excellent analytical and numerical accuracy, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently within a client environment and manage stakeholders collaboratively.
• Clear communication and report-writing skills in English; onsite presence in Roscommon is required.
