Structural EIT

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States, or Des Moines, Iowa, United States

What you will do

• Conduct structural analyses and develop design options or recommendations.
• Assist with cost estimates, specifications, and other documentation for structural engineering projects.
• Complete routine engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures.
• Work independently on small projects and support senior engineers on larger projects.
• Provide direction to clerical and technical personnel when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and structural design or analysis software such as AutoCAD, RISA, STAAD, SAP, TEDDS, RAM, ETABS, or SAFE.
