Location: Rancho Cordova, California, USA; opportunities may also be available in Stockton, California. Client-facing, face-to-face work is expected.

Salary: $111,000–$145,710 annually in Sacramento/Rancho Cordova, CA; $92,000–$146,340 annually in Stockton, CA.

What you will do

• Deliver industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to technology-sector clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals, risks, and challenges.
• Design and perform testing of internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, quality, timelines, staffing, billings, collections, and engagement profitability.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, and analysis-based insights.
• Mentor and coach associates while contributing to team development and client relationship growth.

Requirements

• Four-year degree required; a master's or advanced degree is preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• Five years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, preferred.
• Management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
