What you will do

• Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions including debt/equity financing, customer contracts, and business combinations.
• Prepare technical accounting memos covering ASC 842, 606, 805, 718, and other relevant standards.
• Research, interpret, and implement GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Tax, Legal, and FP&A teams, and serve as the primary liaison for external auditors.
• Lead and mentor team members while overseeing the implementation of internal controls and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• CPA designation is required.
• 8+ years of experience in leading technical accounting, preferably including Big Four public accounting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong proficiency in GAAP, SEC regulations, and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite) and financial reporting tools.
• Prior experience working within a technology or software company.
