What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to real estate clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and resolve questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review financial statements and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners while supporting associate development through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and eligibility for licensure.
• Three or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills, along with initiative and adaptability.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
