Salary: $92,000–$146,340 per year

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused assurance and consulting services for technology-sector clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals, challenges, and operational needs.
• Design and perform testing of internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, financial statement guidance, business recommendations, quality, and timely delivery.
• Support engagement staffing, billing and collections, client profitability, networking, and business development.
• Mentor and coach associates while contributing to firm-wide learning and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; a master’s or advanced degree is desired.
• CPA certification required.
• Five or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm desired.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, desired.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
