Salary: $173,000–$231,870 in San Francisco, CA; $162,200–$222,960 in Walnut Creek, CA

What you will do

• Deliver audit, assurance, and consulting services for real estate clients.
• Build trusted client relationships by understanding business goals and challenges.
• Design and implement testing of internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, engagement staffing, billings, collections, profitability, quality, and timely delivery.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, and analytical insights.
• Develop new client relationships while mentoring and coaching audit team members.

Requirements

• Four-year degree required; a master's or advanced degree is preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• Eight years of auditing or assurance experience in a professional services firm required.
• Five years of supervisory, mentoring, and counseling experience desired.
• Management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
