Location: Based at the Slough site, UK, with regular travel to Shannon, Manchester, and Aberdeen

What you will do
- Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across multiple operational locations.
- Manage site-based internal and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 HSE management systems.
- Lead incident classification, investigations, corrective actions, and HSE reporting.
- Develop safety programs using incident trends, audit findings, and leading indicators.
- Support HSE training, contractor safety management, Permit-to-Work processes, and emergency preparedness.
- Lead or support internal and external audits and coordinate actions across sites.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role with strong knowledge of HSE regulations and legislation.
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Experience with problem solving, process improvement, change management, and structured organization.
- Fluent English required.
- Willingness to travel between assigned locations required.
