S&P Business Process Consultant (SAP/Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Provide first-line support to end users of supply chain systems and associated applications.
• Train users to operate and optimize supply chain processes, procedures, and supporting systems.
• Drive system-related projects, process improvements, and integration into global or local procedures.
• Translate business requirements into procedures, processes, and functional system specifications.
• Represent the business in supply chain management projects defined by the SCM roadmap or local management.
• Improve master data processes and provide tools for monitoring data consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of SAP MM/PP/SD and advanced planning systems such as o9 or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, supply chain concepts, order fulfilment, business planning, and material management.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and a strong understanding of supply chain networks and business operations.
• Five years of experience in a business environment, including 2–5 years in order fulfilment, supply chain or business planning, IT, and/or S&P roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, logistics, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent English, strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, plus the ability to drive change.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Sigma methods.
• APICS CPIM/CIRM certification.
• Project management experience and knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology.
