Senior Business Transformation Manager (Venture Clienting)

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Temporary position for 18 months.

What you will do

• Evolve and scale hirify.global’s Venture Clienting approach from strategy through execution, including processes and governance.
• Align Venture Clienting activities with corporate strategic priorities and collaborate with stakeholders across business units and global regions.
• Build relationships across the venturing and innovation ecosystem.
• Identify emerging technologies and internal business needs, translating them into concrete use cases.
• Manage Venture Clienting processes end-to-end, from use-case definition through implementation.
• Lead pilot projects, drive scalable adoption, and measure and communicate financial and operational impact.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience within hirify.global or comparable industries, such as chemicals, agriculture, or energy materials.
• Experience in product management, supply chain management, sales, business development, or another business-related function.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent self-management, self-organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently in a dynamic environment.
• Very good English skills required; strong German skills are advantageous.
