Business Development Manager - Commercial Growth (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead strategic cross-functional projects, including international expansion initiatives within the Commercial area.
• Own project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and rollout from end to end.
• Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to support executive decisions.
• Design planning tools, automate retail campaign processes, and improve core commercial workflows.
• Analyze market trends, sales incentives, assembly services, and gift card programs to identify revenue opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments and business models to drive operational efficiency and commercial impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, or corporate strategy, preferably in e-commerce or a digital environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience turning complex data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; SQL or BI platform experience is a plus.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives and balancing competing priorities.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on execution and measurable results.
• Full fluency in written and spoken English and strong stakeholder communication skills.
