AGGP2027 – Graduate Business Information Technologist (Aerospace)

Location: Jena, Germany; one 1–3 month rotational placement may take place in Backnang, Germany

What you will do

• Analyze business information requirements and prepare business information strategies.
• Prepare business decisions related to business information management.
• Lead projects implementing business information tools, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and understand project development and administrative processes.
• Support business development, sales, and bid activities.
• Complete rotational placements across IT infrastructure, network support, IT security, digital development including AI projects, project controlling, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Information Technology.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in Business Information Technology.
• Strong verbal and written German and business-level English are required.
• Collaborative mindset and interest in driving future innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to actively manage professional development.
• The position requires ITAR security clearance.
