Business Solution Coordinator for Commercial Project Management (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Coordinate business solution activities for forecasting, controlling, and reporting tools used by Commercial Project Managers and Controllers.
• Serve as the interface between Commercial Project Management, Finance, IT, SAP experts, external development partners, and regional organizations.
• Translate commercial requirements into business requirements, solution concepts, test scenarios, and rollout-ready process designs.
• Support the rollout, stabilization, validation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of CPM reporting solutions.
• Contribute to integrations with SAP S/4HANA and related reporting platforms, including design, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Improve process transparency, data quality, usability, standardization, governance, and efficiency across regions.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Longstanding experience in Commercial Project Management, Controlling, Finance, Project Business, or business process management.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, project controlling, PoC accounting, long-term project business, and cross-regional project execution.
• Ability to translate commercial processes into clear system requirements and solution logic, with strong analytical and process-structuring skills.
• Experience in transformation, digitalization, or tool implementation projects and strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and German are required for collaboration with CPM and systems experts in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP KSP, Project Dash, SAP S/4HANA, or comparable finance and project reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing, intercompany processes, contract databases, or project-related reporting requirements.
