Functional Business Consultant (Engineering and PLM)

What you will do

• Own and improve end-to-end Engineering and R&D processes as the key ISM partner.
• Establish governance for CAD, PDM, and PLM systems, ensuring consistent engineering data, structures, and processes.
• Translate business requirements into system and process solutions, including PLM capabilities, product structures, and change processes.
• Support daily CAD, PDM, PLM, and ERP-related operations and coordinate issue resolution.
• Represent ISM in PLM initiatives and integrate Engineering processes with ERP, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Shape the PLM strategy and roadmap with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Engineering and R&D processes.
• Experience with CAD and PDM systems; PLM experience is preferred.
• Experience with ERP integration, including BOM, part management, and engineering change management.
• Ability to work across heterogeneous system landscapes with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Hands-on approach with confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good English skills required.
