Process Control Professionals (Finance & SAP)

Location: Istanbul / Maslak, Turkey; hybrid workplace. The hybrid model includes flexibility, work-from-abroad opportunities, and a summer working model.

What you will do

• Connect operational, system, and financial flows across business processes.
• Challenge, clarify, scope, and prioritize requirements before backlog intake.
• Evaluate operational, system, and financial impacts to support structured decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance teams, ERP analysts, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Participate in UAT and testing to ensure solution accuracy and quality.
• Support process and system design, continuous improvement, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in finance or operational processes.
• Strong understanding of fundamental financial flows and the ability to assess business and financial impact.
• Hands-on experience with at least one SAP core module: SD, MM, FI, or CO.
• Experience with cross-functional projects, backlog management, agile ways of working, UAT, and testing principles.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
