Sr Manager, Digital Product - Operational Planning (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; some travel required

Base salary: $118,450–$236,900 per year, plus potential bonus, commission, short-term incentives, and equity.

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for operational planning and demand generation.
• Lead development of an internal planning platform that visualizes outreach capacity, clinician availability, supply, and demand.
• Develop interpretable and actionable recommendation capabilities for allocating outreach and clinician capacity across member populations.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Operations, Product, Data Science, and Design to define data requirements and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate downstream integrations, cross-product dependencies, scope, delivery timelines, and roadmap priorities.
• Drive early concepts and prototypes toward reliable, intuitive, scalable production products while leading through influence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in product management.
• Experience with demand forecasting, capacity modeling, supply-and-demand optimization, or comparable analytical planning disciplines.
• Experience owning data-intensive products such as visualization tools, planning interfaces, or analytical products.
• Ability to translate complex requirements and analytical models into effective product solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Experience leading through influence in matrixed organizations and managing complex, ambiguous problems across multiple systems and teams.

Nice to have

• Experience taking products from prototypes or early concepts through definition, development, launch, and optimization.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, outreach programs, population health, clinician capacity, or member-level data.
• Experience productizing forecasting or analytical models and building internal operator tools or downstream-integrated products.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, data pipelines, and system integrations.
