Digital Consulting Senior Associate (Oracle Cloud Core Financials)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annual base salary; estimated total compensation including annual incentive compensation: $134,400–$171,100

What you will do

• Implement Oracle Cloud Financials and design future-state business processes and functional solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Financials and oversee testing, training, and end-user support.
• Partner with technical teams on conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.
• Lead client-facing project or work-stream activities, perform data analysis, and create client-ready presentations.
• Guide junior team members and collaborate with senior consultants to deliver projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Ability to independently own project areas and communicate results and issues to internal and client teams.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications or progress toward certification.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio.
