Digital Consulting Associate/Sr. Associate - Oracle EPM

Location: Flexible living locations in the United States; Chicago office at 550 Van Buren, with travel to clients or internal project teams up to 50% as needed.

Salary: $105,000–$145,000 base annual salary; estimated total compensation including annual incentive compensation: $117,600–$171,100.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing project workstreams and manage project activities with limited supervision.
• Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct testing, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM issues.
• Perform intensive data analysis and identify actionable business insights.
• Create compelling, client-ready presentations and communicate results to internal and client teams.
• Develop Analysts and Coachees through coaching and workstream leadership.
• Support Hyperion suite integration, development, and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
• 1–2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision.
• At least 2 years of experience with Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and Essbase, or FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase in development and administrative roles, plus MaxL automation scripts and Hyperion suite integration.
• Extensive Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView knowledge, with strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Functional or technical acumen relevant to Oracle EPM consulting.
