Digital Consulting Senior Associate, Oracle PPM (Oracle)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel up to 50% as needed

Base salary: $120,000–$145,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $134,400–$171,100.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing projects or workstreams involving Oracle Cloud Projects.
• Design future-state business processes and functional solutions with clients.
• Configure Oracle solutions and execute or oversee testing, training, and end-user support.
• Work with technical teams on conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solution design and testing.
• Analyze project data, identify key findings, and create client-ready presentations.
• Guide junior team members and collaborate with senior colleagues on delivery best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud Projects.
• Experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and travel up to 50% as needed.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP Cloud certification or progress toward certification.
• Oracle AI Agent Studio experience.
• Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience.
• Experience in healthcare or higher education.
