Electrical EIT/Coordinator (Building Engineering)

What you will do

• Conduct electrical analyses and develop design options or recommendations.
• Assist with cost estimates and electrical specifications.
• Perform routine electrical engineering assignments under the guidance of project engineers or project managers.
• Work on small projects with defined objectives and support senior engineers on larger projects.
• Coordinate with project engineers, Electrical EITs, and technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis.
• Strong computer skills with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, SKM, AGI, and Easy Power.
• Interest in professional growth and obtaining engineering registration.
• Active participation in an employee-owned, collaborative workplace.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis.
• Experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm.
• Experience or interest in sustainable design and LEED.
• Previous internship experience.
