Senior Manager, CFO Advisory - Financial Services

Compensation: $179,850–$340,970 per year

What you will do

• Lead CFO Advisory engagements that solve finance and accounting business problems and improve client processes.
• Oversee delivery, deadlines, staffing, profitability, billing, collections, and risk across routine and complex engagements.
• Engage with client executives, engagement sponsors, boards, and investor presentation stakeholders.
• Review work products, support planning, and participate in technical, industry, and functional program implementation.
• Develop proposals, scope and budget engagements, pursue new business, and expand client use of advisory services.
• Mentor managers and senior staff while contributing to recruitment, retention, and professional development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, and interact comfortably with senior client personnel.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
