What you will do

• Lead CFO Accounting Advisory engagements focused on solving client finance and accounting problems and improving business processes.
• Oversee delivery, deadlines, staffing, profitability, billing, collections, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Work directly with client executives and engagement sponsors, including participation in executive briefings, board meetings, and investor presentations.
• Review work products, lead planning efforts, and collaborate with managers, partners, financial advisory professionals, and engagement teams.
• Support proposals, presentations, scoping, budgeting, and business development to win new engagements and expand client relationships.
• Attract, retain, develop, and mentor staff and managers while contributing technical, industry, and functional expertise.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, organizational, multitasking, and initiative skills.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines and interact effectively with senior client personnel across industries.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
