TL;DR
Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce): Designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and third-party integrations with an accent on business process mapping, DevOps, and technical delivery. Focus on leading Salesforce development, mentoring developers and admins, building CI/CD pipelines, and solving complex stakeholder and integration requirements.
Location: Noida, India — work from office. AUS shift: 8:00 am–5:00 pm IST.

What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and external integrations.
- Map business processes with stakeholders and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators while owning technical delivery.
- Establish configuration, coding, and DevOps best practices using SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prioritize work with Jira, maintain technical documentation, and conduct code reviews.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and leadership stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tools, SFDX, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and translating requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring developers and owning technical delivery.
- Experience with Jira and effective technical communication and documentation.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect certification.
- Experience in a global delivery model.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a start-up-like environment with shifting priorities and timelines.
