What you will do

• Develop and support enterprise-level Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Address business requirements through Salesforce coding, Flow automation, and standard development processes.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce security, approval processes, defensive programming, and test-focused development.
• Support platform ownership, release management, integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Maintain data quality through integrity audits, report reviews, and remediation with data owners.
• Provide tier 3 support, answer process questions, and lead Salesforce training for administrators and business analysts.

Requirements

• Four-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in a Lightning-enabled environment.
• Experience with release management using change sets or tools such as Copado, Autorabit, Gearset, or Blue Canvas.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, including SOAP API, REST API, services, and Bulk API.
• Ability to prioritize engineering decisions, meet deadlines, and present completed work to small groups.

Nice to have

• Advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Communities, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum; experience with Jira and Confluence.
