What you will do

• Develop, update, validate, and track pre-construction, baseline, proposal, month-end, recovery, and acceleration schedules.
• Support project teams with schedule management, schedule updates, activity coding, cost and resource loading, and P6 database management.
• Analyze labor productivity, financial performance, scheduling metrics, project health, delays, disruptions, and acceleration impacts.
• Prepare forensic schedule analyses, delay and productivity claims, damages assessments, and materials for mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Establish scheduling procedures and best practices, review schedules across regions, and advise on changes, notices, contracts, and recovery rights.
• Train and mentor schedulers and project teams while collaborating with Estimating, VDC, Safety, Quality, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in scheduling, 2 years in construction claims and negotiations, and 3 years in data centers.
• Experience managing teams and driving department goals, with strong knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling and construction methods.
• Knowledge of financial and cost management systems, construction cost accounting, project financial projections, contracts, notice requirements, and job cost information.
• Expert proficiency in P6 Professional, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam; working knowledge of virtual construction technology systems.
• Ability to travel locally within the divisions.
