Construction Scheduling Specialist (Oracle Primavera Cloud)

Location: Dallas Office; five-day, Monday–Friday physical co-location required

What you will do

• Validate project phasing plans against project requirements and production-system best practices.
• Create visuals for site stages, building rough zones, and finish zones.
• Build and maintain detailed construction schedules in Oracle Primavera Cloud using defined stages, sequences, layers, and takt interfaces.
• Review daily site progress, update schedules, resequence work, and run plan-health diagnostics.
• Analyze schedule logic, constraints, risks, and tie breakdowns, making authorized corrections in consultation with project leadership.
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, production validations, and visual presentations while supporting planning, forecasting, and recovery strategies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of construction experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer.
• 1–2 years of experience building and maintaining schedules alongside construction experience, or 2–5 years of construction scheduling experience without construction management experience.
• Construction-related degree preferred; equivalent practical construction experience is acceptable.
• Non-construction degrees without construction or scheduling experience will not be considered.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas five days per week and collaborate daily with project and field operations teams.
