Technical Product Manager - Client Onboarding (Fintech)

Location: New York office, hybrid schedule with a mandatory minimum of 2 days in office

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Own technical onboarding execution from client kickoff through go-live, hypercare, and handoff to business-as-usual support.
• Coordinate Engineering, Data, Infrastructure/Cloud, Network, Information Security, Support, business teams, and client stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery, capture requirements for data feeds, APIs, SSO, entitlements, environments, and workflows, and document decisions and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate data mapping, interface specifications, secure transfers, connectivity validation, environment provisioning, access setup, and security approvals.
• Plan and run SIT/UAT, track defects, execute cutover checklists, and lead stabilization after go-live.
• Maintain RAID logs, governance sessions, management reporting, stakeholder readouts, documentation, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and solution design, preferably in financial services.
• Familiarity with portfolio management workflows, including research, portfolio construction, performance and attribution, risk, compliance, and related data flows.
• Hands-on SQL skills, Python for analysis and prototyping, and Tableau or similar BI tools for visualization.
• Experience with modern SDLC and DevOps practices, including agile delivery, CI/CD, testing strategies, and observability.
• Strong business analysis, project management, communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Must be authorized and have the right to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. A bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent experience, is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to generative AI and agentic frameworks for research and investment workflows, including prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Experience with Kanban, Scrum, Monday, Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Miro, Aladdin, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of traditional and alternative asset classes and investment vehicles, including mutual funds, ETFs, UCITS, CLOs, private funds, and institutional or multi-asset mandates.
